How the Process Works (With Care & Dignity):

Ordering a memorial is a sensitive journey, and I am here to guide you through every step:

1. Place Your Order: Select your design preferences and indicate your pet’s name and your color choices in the cart notes.

2. Inclusion Instructions: Once your order is placed, I will personally email you with to ensure you have my address and instructions on how to safely send a small amount of fur or ash.

3. The Artisan Window: Please allow 3 weeks from the time I receive your inclusions for your piece to be completed. This allows for the precise layering and curing time required for memorial-grade resin.

4. Safe Return: Any unused fur or ashes will be carefully packaged and returned to you alongside your finished keychain.

Pet Fur - Send approximately a 1" square section of Fur to ensure I will have enough. 

Ashes - Please send a Tablespoon of Ashes (I will send any unused Ashes back).
