Dragonfly Treasures: Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing a piece of the boreal forest. Every order is handmade, packed with care and shipped from my studio in Cold Lake, Alberta.

Free Shipping Across Canada

Every order ships free, anywhere in Canada.

Songbirds and botanical decor always ship free with tracking.
Jewelry and accessories (keychains, bag charms, earrings, pendants and bracelets) ship free by Canada Post Lettermail. Lettermail is untracked.
Orders over $75 (after discounts) always ship free with tracking.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Starting November 1, 2026, GST/HST will be added at checkout based on your province.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items: shipped within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom orders: please allow about 14 days for your piece to be made before it ships.
Memorial pieces: please allow 3 weeks from the day I receive your keepsakes, such as fur, ashes or flowers. These pieces are made slowly and with great care.

Delivery Times

Tracked orders: most arrive within 3 to 9 business days after shipping.
Lettermail orders: most arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are managed by the carrier once your order leaves my hands.

Carriers and Tracking

I ship with Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, choosing the best carrier for your location and package size. Remote areas and PO boxes are shipped with Canada Post tracked service.

For tracked orders, you'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the link to become active. Lettermail orders don't include tracking, but you'll still receive an email when your order ships.

Local Pickup in Cold Lake and Area

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 2 business days, and I'll email you my studio address and pickup instructions when yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation, printed or on your phone.

Careful Packaging

Every piece is wrapped and cushioned to travel safely.

Damaged items: if your order arrives damaged, email me at dragonflytreasuresresinart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and packaging, and I'll send a replacement.
Missing orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out with your name and order number. This includes untracked Lettermail orders, and I'll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Within Canada Only

At this time, I ship only to addresses in Canada.
