Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from my store.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I strive to ensure that every piece of art created is of the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, so we have established the following refund and replacement policy:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your resin art arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at dragonflytreasuresresinart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos of the damage. I will either issue a refund or provide a replacement item, depending on the specific circumstances.

 

• Quality Concerns: If you notice something about your piece that falls short of my quality standards, such as a crack, a flaw in the resin, or a construction issue, please contact me at dragonflytreasuresresinart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the concern. Once I've had a chance to review it, I will remake your piece and send a replacement at no cost to you. There is no need to return the original item, it is yours to keep.

Please note that because each piece is made with hand-placed, dried flowers, a replacement will not be an exact match to the original.

I will work to make it as close as possible, but placement and colour will vary slightly since no two dried blooms are identical.

As resin cures, it reacts naturally with the real, dried flowers inside it, and tiny air bubbles can form as part of that process.

Resin art is not glass, it will never look perfectly uniform, and small variations like these are a normal sign of natural materials, not a quality issue.

• No Refund on Custom Orders: We do not offer refunds on custom orders, as these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the design and specifications before placing your order.

 

• No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or for reasons not related to the quality of the item. Please carefully review the item description and photos before making your purchase.

Please note that any refund or exchange will be subject to my discretion and will depend on the specific circumstances.
