Due to the handmade nature of my Art, slight variations and imperfections are normal and add to the uniqueness of each creation. I want to assure you that I strive to provide the highest quality in my Resin Art, and your satisfaction is my top priority.
Return Policy - Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. I will work with you to promptly resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.
Return Policy - Color Discrepancies: Please note that the colors of my Resin Art may appear differently in photographs than they do in real life. I recommend keeping in mind that every screen displays colors differently, and variations may occur. Rest assured, I do my best to accurately represent the colors in my product images.
No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or for reasons not related to the quality of the item. Please carefully review the item description and photos before making your purchase.
Please note that any refund or exchange will be subject to our discretion and will depend on the specific circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase contact me immediately. A refund can be processed after you return your items undamaged withing thirty (30) days of receipt. The buyer assumes all shipping charges.
