If you receive your piece and notice something that falls short of my quality standards, such as a crack, a flaw in the resin, or a construction issue, email me at dragonflytreasuresresinart@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of receipt. Once I've had a chance to review it, I will remake your piece and send a replacement at no cost to you. There's no need to return the original, it's yours to keep.

Because each piece is made with hand-placed, dried flowers, a replacement won't be an exact match to the original. I'll work to make it as close as possible, but placement and colour will vary slightly since no two dried blooms are identical.

As resin cures, it reacts naturally with the real botanicals inside it, and tiny air bubbles can form as part of that process. Resin art is not glass, it will never look perfectly uniform, and small variations like these are a normal sign of natural materials, not a quality issue.

Please note that the colors of my Resin Art may appear differently in photographs than they do in real life. I recommend keeping in mind that every screen displays colors differently, and variations may occur. Rest assured, I do my best to accurately represent the colors in my product images.
