Dragonfly Treasures: Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing a handcrafted piece of the Boreal forest. We take great pride in ensuring your treasures are packed with care and shipped securely from our studio in Cold Lake, Alberta.

Order Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom Orders: Please allow approximately 14 days for the artisan process to be completed before your order is shipped.

• Pet Memorials: Please allow 3 weeks from the date I receive your inclusions (fur/ash) to ensure the dignity and care required for these special pieces.

UPDATED SHIPPING RATES

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–9 business days after shipping. While we ship quickly, actual delivery times are managed by the carrier.

Our Trusted Carriers

To ensure your order arrives safely and reliably, we utilize a variety of national carriers including UPS and Purolator. We select the best carrier based on your location and the size of your package.

• Remote Areas & PO Boxes: For extended service areas or PO Box addresses, we utilize Canada Post’s tracked services.

• Tracking Your Treasures: All orders (excluding very small untracked items) include a Tracking Number. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the link to become active.

Local Pickup (Cold Lake & Area)

Skip the shipping fees! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

• Orders are typically ready within 2 business days.

• You will receive an email with my studio address and pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email (digital or printed).

Secure Packaging & Guarantee

Every Dragonfly Treasures piece is securely wrapped and cushioned to withstand its journey.

• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at dragonflytreasuresresinart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will ensure a replacement is sent to you.

• Missing Orders: If you have not received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out with your name and order number.

International Shipping Update

• U.S. Customers: Due to shifting de minimis regulations for small businesses, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. We hope to resume serving our American friends very soon.

Why the Change?

I’ve adjusted these rates to better serve you. I am personally covering a portion of the rising shipping costs in Canada to ensure you can enjoy my Boreal-inspired art without high delivery fees.
