Sending Your Cherished Inclusions
Because we use a Post Office Box, we cannot accept couriers. Please send your items by mail to:

Guidelines to help you feel confident:

Pet fur (cats/dogs):
Send approximately a 1" square section of fur (or the equivalent amount), depending on your pet’s size and fur length. Any unused fur will be returned to you. -
Horse hair:
Please provide a lock of hair about the thickness of a pencil and 10–12 inches long. This allows for thoughtful placement within your piece and the return of any unused strands. -
Ashes:
Send approximately one tablespoon of ashes in a well‑sealed container or bag. Any ashes not used in your memorial will be returned.
